Day One

December 5th, 2024 | 5pm-9pm

The Tree Lighting Ceremony at 7:00 PM! 🎄

Kick off the holiday season with the grand lighting of the New Haven Holiday Tree! Enjoy an evening of festive cheer with local vendors, delicious treats, and rides for kids, including the Ferris Wheel, Mini Carousels, and Spinny Puppies—completely free! Don’t miss live music by The Rahsaan Langley Project after the tree lighting.

Live Music Schedule:

  • 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM: New Haven Tree Lighting

  • 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM: The Rahsaan Langley Project

Day Two

December 6th, 2024 | 4pm-8pm

Free Rides & Live Music! 🎡🎶

Stroll through the holiday village and shop from local artisans, savor seasonal treats, and enjoy free rides for the kids. The evening will be filled with festive vibes, capped off with a live DJ set to keep the energy going!

  • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: DJ Juan Cool

Last Day Until Next Year & Tons of Live Music! 🎶

End the Holiday Village with a day packed with live music, free rides for kids, and endless holiday cheer. Shop from local vendors, snap photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and enjoy a lineup of incredible performances throughout the day.

  • No, entry to the Holiday Village is free.

  • Street and local parking garages available in New Haven. Please follow all parking laws!

  • The event will proceed rain or shine.

  • Yes, portable restrooms, including accessible options, will be provided.

  • Yes, family-friendly activities will be offered, including a visit from Mr. and Mrs. Claus, LOTS OF RIDES, live music, and vendors for all!

  • NHPD is well aware of the event and will be monitoring activity on the Green.
